The attack modal has been upgraded. You can now type something in and have your spells filter by it in real time. (Thanks to kevin Portalz for the script.)

Additionally, the last 7 spells you cast will be recorded in the attack dialog instead of just the past 1. Unfortunately they will not display in any particular order.

What is the point of "latest" spells now?
Most of the time you will be clicking the same spell over and over, so, "one latest" makes the most sense, since it saves time you need to search for it.
Right now, it is just the same old spell list, with slightly less spells and still pain to find what you actually need.
Previous one latest was also much easier to click on mobile - spells are way to easy to misclick (mistap~), so current one is strong regression.

Speaking of mobiles, they are rarely up to date, so the code will be broken since it uses the latest js functions.

While I do agree last /seven/ spells is a bit too much, two last spells could be useful. So if I'm turning Judoo into my boobs and he cleanses, if I use weaken, I don't have to spend a whole turn to find Boobify again.

I agree, two spells would be super nice: one tf spell and one for weaken.

Maybe a third for MC but seven is certainly excessive. At *most* four to accommodate for one inanimate, one animate, one MC and weaken. Past that... I have no idea why you'd need that many.

Even with 3 spells, it's way too easy to misclick, since it's pretty much the same size, the same order as _all_ the spells list.
I've been using this new dialog this entire evening and it has been nothing but pain.

What it needed was a big red button "last spell" and perhaps another big button for "weaken", not the same old list with just less spells.
Bonus points if that does not require the slow-loading of the modal dialog and remembers the last target.
But then, either way, I usually just do "copy link location", paste it into a bookmark in my bookmarks toolbar, done: better dialog.

After pressing "show all spells button" you see only first default category (let's say animate spells) and then you toggle on buttons for other categories.

Since we are sharing suggestions, I think the best would be.......


[cleanse] [meditate] [search]
[attack Soulless Psycho Kirby with Purrification]

which automatically resets if you move, target gets inanimated, etc.

You would still use the modal for spell selection, but best modal = no modal.
